Superhot Download: is a first-person shooter developed and released by the independent studio Superhot Team. Even though the game plays out like a standard first-person shooter, with the player attempting to eliminate enemy objectives by shooting them down, in-game time only advances at a steady pace whenever the player is actively moving.

This makes the gameplay similar to that of method games, as the player has time to carefully consider their options in slow motion before making a decision. The game is presented in a minimalist art style, with red enemies and black weapons standing out against a mostly grey and white backdrop.

Superhot Team entered the 2013 7-Day FPS Challenge with a browser demo of their game, which they later developed further. Due to the positive reception of the demo, the team has decided to continue working on the full game and has turned to crowdfunding platform Kickstarter to raise the remaining funds necessary to complete the product.

The Superhot project saw the release of operating system versions for Windows, OS X, and Linux in February of 2016. Available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch in May 2016, July 2017, and August 2019, respectively. For VR devices like the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR, a reworked version of the game called Superhot VR was eventually released.
